Services are provided under a written engagement agreement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each service period. Project-based services are billed upon completion. Invoices are due net 15. Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfer, credit card, and check.
Retainer fees paid for a commenced service period are non-refundable. If a client terminates services before the end of a prepaid period, unused portions may be applied as a credit at our discretion. Project-based fees are refundable on a prorated basis for work not yet performed at time of written cancellation.
Legacy Six Financial Group provides bookkeeping, accounting, and notary services. We are not a licensed CPA firm and do not perform attest services, audits, or compilations. Clients requiring CPA-licensed services will be referred to appropriate licensed professionals.
All client financial information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform contracted services. Client data is maintained in secure, access-controlled systems.
